The SPDX Group welcomes and encourages university participation. To date we have worked closely with University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO). Professor Matt Germonprez from UNO leads that activity and is an active SPDX participant. Matt is coordinating broader participation from universities including Google Summer of Code for which there were 4 successful projects in 2014.
